Serj's solo music is absolute dogshit. It's worse than Chris Cornell's solo stuff, and I didn't think it was possible to suck more than that.... however, take Chris Cornell and multiply it by a thousand sucky points and Serj's stuff is still worse.
SOAD is fucking dead. Their music blows balls, with the exception of like 4 songs, and their message is so entirely fucked up that it's not even worth listening to them. You should have known Serj was a fucking environmentalist douche. He is already a fucking communist asshat. |

I've seen that band twice ...
It was interesting. I saw them in 2001 right after Toxicity came out, and they were like ... "normal" kinda sorta. They were almost like a punk band on drugs or something during their performance, all bouncy and bouncing all over the stage being all sort of schitzo and shit ... serj was just wearing like skater clothes, etc.... talking a lot about drugs, hell of a good show I thought. The second time I saw them, his hair was all long and hippied out, and he was wearing this western-striped shirt with a big ass belt-buckle and jeans. He stood in the center of the stage and DID NOT MOVE from that spot the whole fucking show. He was holding his hands out as he was singing like he was singing a fucking opera. Then for "Question!" two stage hands came out and put a stool behind him and handed him a guitar and he sat back, played the song, never showing his back to the audience once, then at the end of the song they came and got it and it was back to the same way. It was fucking weird.....like not 'good weird' .... like, stupid weird. I dunno, then I heard his solo shit and it was fucking garbage.....heh
