so he was the OL coach in the late 80s at a&m, then was the head coach at Green Bay for 5 years but was fired after not doing so well. now he's been the OC at the Houston Texans. what do you guys think?
over at texags, they're already saying they "predict a MNC within 3 years"

it's a shame. i used to like Mike Sherman.

I don't understand...
They hired and announced him as their new coach less than 72 hours after Fran's forced resignation was announced. Why were they in such a hurry when the guy won't do all that much for Texas A&M until the Houston Texans' season is over? I mean, shit, their last game isn't until December 30th, and he'll only have ONE month to finalize A&M's 2008 recruiting class? That just boggles the fuck out of me. It's like the Aggies thought it was a race to see who could hire a new coach the fastest. |
