I don't dislike Tech, they just drive me fucking nuts.
So far, 15 or so passes and zero runs. I'm too lazy to do the research, but check Tech's first half vs. second half stats against good teams. I guarantee that there's a huge dropoff in yards and points in the second half. I'm no genius, but if you have no balance in your offense and you do the same fucking thing every single play, good teams are gonna figure out how to stop it. And when they do figure out how to stop it, you go ahead and stick to the exact same gameplan. Intelligent. I figured out this revolutionary theory while sitting on my couch drinking Coors Light over the years. Why the hell can't Leach figure it out? -------------------- |

just got back, that game was amazing we outplayed them the entire game, good thing we didn't fuck it up at the end...
I was about to leave when we were up 21 with 8 or so minutes left and OU had the ball and it was 3rd in long deep in their own territory...they called timeout and I told my friend who I went with "will see how this drive plays out then we can decide" sure enough <bam> next play touchdown, and Iwas like Ohhh shit... Good thing our defense wasn't worthless, they are what won us the game by far... and also, we could not stop whoever was returning kickoffs from OU...he would get auto15-20 yards every single time.... --------------------  |

The end of the game scared me a little. I felt like we were seriously lacking in the second half as far as the offense goes.
Had we put two more touchdowns on the board I would have been much more comfortable. Also, what did everyone think of the replay call for OU on that touchdown? From the angles they showed I couldn't tell if he bobbled it or not. haha... a friend of mine got put in county for the weekend for "assualt"...he bumped into one of the cops, and apologized...no problem, then one of the state troopers came over and got him for "assaulting an officer".
I learned something last night as well....when you are on the 3rd row, there is no "choice" about going on the field. Just try to get in an isle and let it happen.
