Now they just need an API. This would be a pretty cool tool for someone building a recipe database.

there is a downloadable version here http://www.ars.usda.gov/main/site_main.htm?modecode=12354500
and also a pdf describing their DB and how to use it... i just don't see the actual db. it says they have a ms access db available. here it is, in ascii delimited or ms access http://www.ars.usda.gov/Services/docs.htm?docid=13746 |
