So i happened to acquire an older projector and I want to watch to watch tv on it but it doesnt have any coaxial inputs on the projector.
The only inputs the projector has is the component (red/yellow/white) and s-video. Is there any way to get an adapter to get coaxial to connect to this? |

It's called a cable box.
Either that or a VCR. -------------------- Holy shit, pebkac, you're awesome! you can get an adapter that goes from s-video to composite (by 'coaxial' i'm assuming you're talking about composite)

The projector lacks a tv tuner. They usually don't sell these by themselves because VHS players have them usually built in. Its easier to find the opposite, since most tv's have the tuner built into them. Getting a vcr is probably the cheapest option.

I'd suggest getting a cable box before getting a goddamn VCR.

I'd suggest getting a cable box before getting a goddamn VCR. eeeew, VHS. I'd agree 100 %, but a VCR WOULD be a lot cheaper. The only real advantage to getting a cable box would be having more channels and the onscreen guide. If those are things you can live without, go with a VCR.
