Jason (pebkac) is moving out and we will be in need of a roommate next month.
We've got a house near 50th and Quaker. The bedroom isn't huge but it's not small either. There is one shower in the entire house (how that happened I don't know) but there are 2 separate bathrooms. The bathroom without the shower has a bathtub and could be converted into a shower with some time and money. We're pretty clean people. I have a dog that lives outside most of the time and our yards are small enough that maintenance isn't an issue. A washer and dryer are available for use. Rent is $285.00 a month and we're in the process of reducing bills. We have digital cable, dvr, and the whole schibang but if the bill cost scares you we can always get rid of it. We would prefer if you had a stable job but if you're receiving support from other places that's fine too (this is a landlord stipulation). The lease is month by month so all you have to do is give your 30 days to move out. Our landlord has forbidden any indoor pets but he has allowed one small pet without a deposit. If you have a pet to add to the collection you might have to pay the landlord a pet fee (this is probably negotiable). We're fun roommates and really friendly. The other occupant is Greg Lay (you know him as Suessninja on here) -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. They wake up the next day and they're on fire."

I would be interested but nietzsche is an inside dog he won't allow inside dogs at all? or do you have to pay a deposit to have an inside dog? If he was convinced that nietzsche wouldn't destroy his carpet/house he might allow it but when we first signed the lease he was pretty big on that. When you're gone does nietzsche stay in a cage? he might be more willing to allow that what i'm thinking is that previous renters had pets that stayed inside (probably cats) and totally ruined the inside of the house so he spent a lot of time and money repairing that -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. usually i keep nietzsche in a cage while i'm gone, but even if I left him out it would only be in my room or out in the backyard. He doesn't eat carpet and he is potty trained.

I think it would be ok. Our landlord wouldn't really have to know about it. We should see if nietzsche and cooper get along. -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. I would consider moving in but you guys live too far from campus.
-------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?
