The body does look kinda like a cat though...except for the tail. It is too strange though. I think its a nice little stunt the owner pulled to get media attention.

The body looks more like a mouse to me. It's a bit hard to tell because all of the shots of the mouse alone (not with the kittens) are in bright sunlight, so it's hard to distinguish features. It's "paws" are decidely rodent-like, though. I think it's just a fat mouse.
