There are reports of people who knew Cho personally who are saying the person in the videos sent to NBC are NOT Cho.
Below is a picture from Cho's school ID card and a picture from the package sent to NBC. They don't look like the same person to me.

well at Texas Tech, our student IDs are made when we are freshman, so I wouldn't doubt it was the same thing at Va Tech.

You'll also notice that the ear on the right, as we're looking towards him, sticks out a little more than the one on the left.
There's also the shape of the hairlines. While hairlines can recede, it does not seem to be the case for this guy. -------------------- Spam? Isn't that something poor people eat?
