it was her fault, but i suffered the most damage.
she pulled out from a stop sign, didn't see me coming, and i slid about 30-35 feet on that fucking brick road. i'm still trying to determine if it was good or bad that my airbags didn't go off. |

she admitted fault right away (which was pretty stupid) and didn't protest when the cop put in his report that it was her fault.
she was really cool about everything, i think she was just freaked out because her parents were going to be pissed. |

  really doesn't look too bad. it was probably driveable at the time, but it was leaking 3 different kinds of shit (oil + coolant + mystery flavor) at the wreck, and it's worth 3.5-4k at most, so hooray upcoming car payment. |
