Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

No one cares about Russia anymore!

I was reading a military strategy book last week and it was stating that Russia is actually ignored in a lot of scenarios. I think that a lot of people forget that Russia may not be communist/huge super power but they still have A LOT of nukes...

Russia is currently selling some of the nukes (as is the U.S.) to be used as fuel in nuclear power plants.
