I've tried a lot of star wars games and I gotta say most of em suck. This one is pretty sweet though. Think starcraft but with ground and space battles, and very very nice gfx for a RTS. The UI is very well done and thought out. You can play people online in land-only, space-only, or a kind of "galatic conquest" mode where you do both and attempt to control systems and stuff. You can play as the Alliance or Empire, and the expansion lets you play as a kind of pirate criminal side. Pretty neat game, was $30 and i got the expansion pack too for $20 (although I'm gonna play through the original first).

I own Empire at War and it is a damn fun game. I recommend it to anyone that loves RTS games.
Darth Vader is badass charater to roll through those rebel scum, too! This post has been edited by Psykopath: Dec 1 2006, 01:08 AM -------------------- |
