I am not saying the incident at Tora Bora should have taken place, because yes, there should have been more troops on the ground at the time. What I am saying is that as a moderate, I do blame Clinton for not getting bin Laden when he had the chance. I never felt he "focused too much" on terrorism... I remember watching him on TV after the bombings in east Africa and he didn't seemed concerned at all.
