i have an outlook account set up on my computer at work. problem is, everyone else thats ever had an email account on this computer still receives mail here. so when i go to check my email, i get emails for every employee before me. i know im logged on as myself because when i send an email it has my personal address at the company as the sender. im sick of getting 200 emails when i get into work, most of them spam sent to people who arent even part of this company anymore. how do i make it stop?

Tools ---> Accounts (outlook 2000) or Email Accounts (outlook 2003) ---> Delete the other users email accounts.

the only account that shows in that box says mail.logixonline.com

i dont know if this is relevant, but its an older edition of outlook (older as in theres no such feature as the automatic im out of the office response option)

is there somewhere i can download a more recent version of outlook and would it make a difference?

Can you click edit or properties on that account and then deselect the other users? Send a screen shot and I'll see if I can tell where you need to go. What version of outlook?

That's weird, I don't think there's anything configured wrong on your end. You might want to contact the tech support people for your company and ask them what's up with their e-mail servers.
