The guy that made this shirt know that Aggies take themselves way too seriously... that's why this shirt rocks.
All my UT friends love it. A&M dishes it out with the "saw 'em off" t-shirts but can't take it in return. |

As long as the student sells them off campus, he's well within his legal right to sell them. No copyright infringement that I can see.

He could still probably sell them off-campus, but it sounds like his fraternity was promoting and selling them.

depends, there is an umbrella clause "behavior unbecoming of a student" that universities use to control behavior of students for any reason

I wonder what company made the shirts for them...
I've been sending e-mails to him to try to find out which t-shirt vendor had a suicide mission. -------------------- ![]() |

QUOTE Geoffrey Candia, the creator of the shirts who is with the Theta Chi fraternity, told The Associated Press they were taking full responsibility. "We realize the shirts shouldn't have been printed," he said. hah, but if you look at his profile picture it's of the shirt. Apparently he isn't too sorry... Edit:: hah, after I posted this fact on the Vick 'Em event, he promptly changed his profile picture. -------------------- ![]() |

it's shitty that stories like this take attention away from crabtree. he was on the front page of espn.com most of the day, and now it's this.

the facebook group has some interesting comments now hah, this is my favorite: "I would like everyone to know that you should go ahead and delete any posts you have made on here. I was informed today that any of these posts can be used against either University during this issue. A&M and Tech both are getting a lot of unwanted attention. I myself obviously made a bad decision posting on here and I apologize for my crude behavior. You Aggies just really started something that wasn't needed and it was because of these messages that the Tech police have now gotten involved. I appreciate all of the Aggies who commented on my posts but I will be unable to argue with you here any longer." -Amanda Pyland -------------------- ![]() |

hahaha wow
i think its crude and im all for people seen at the game with them being kicked out (i know that wont ever happen) and im all for that frat being suspended for a year or whatever. i just hate that kind of humor and the people associated with it i want to know when the creator of the facebook group was first contacted -------------------- Little monkeys making money
