it's not based on faith, it's taking what people are saying at face value and not assuming conspiracies everywhere like a lunatic

It is our job, as citizens, to question the actions of our government on a daily basis. If you take everything that the government or a politician says to be the fact or the truth than you are the true lunatic.

A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

of course, but there's a difference between questioning the government and assuming every word out of their mouths is a lie and a conspiracy.

I never said I believed that everything the Government said was a lie. You know what they say about assumptions chuck! However, this administration does have the tendency to be ultra secretive which would lead any rational person to believe that they have things to hide. I don't really trust any politician 100 percent because most of them are out for power and prestige and will cut as many throats as they can to reach that goal.
