fresh water is limited

maybe that's what you're thinking?

i know fresh water is limited thats why im refutating what jonathan said concerning "yay lets just use up all the water we have" because the article is discussing salt water

you think it rains enough the world over to replenish the amount of fresh water we have/use in a given year?

well ok it's not "unlimited". no there's not as much freshwater as saltwater, but it definitely renews itself. it's not like we'll run out one day and there won't be any left. the point is, rain is basically a natural water distillery.

worldwide droughts don't exist, and never will

it's hard to breathe air when you're on top of mt everest, does that mean air is a limited resource?

short of the sun exploding, there will always be fresh water on this earth. i'm not sure why this is so difficult.

there may be fresh water on the earth for long periods of time but enough to sustain a massively growing population? a population that is springing up in some of my most arid and drought ridden parts of the world? parts of the US are facing water shortages and Lubbock is one of them

because it rains sometimes or even floods doesnt mean that water is all or even mostly being saved for future use. the majority of fresh water we get/use turns into waste water = water that will never be seen again/reused

impala you always try to sound like you know what you are talking about
its like you are from magical land hidden in the deep south somewhere in a trailer that doesnt get newspapers, television or anything else

people don't face water shortages because there's not enough on the earth, they face water shortages because they can't get to the water.
