This is funny. This is why living with Stephanie has been the only good rooming situation. We split the bills and thats the end of it. We always pay each other if one of us moves out. Never even had the guys that Ive dated do that.... they just use bills as a way of fucking me over. Stephanie will be the only person I live with until I get married. We have had 3rd roommates and that never works out. We finally learned from this and just got a 2 bedroom here in San Marcos.

lease : rent and bills split 3 ways. there was an agreement to split bills evenly. the problem was these people didnt follow the lease. and since the bills were in my name i was forced to pay them anyways because i didnt want to get the power cut or lose my standing as a good customer at these utility places. i cant help being fucked over. only thing i could have done was go to my land lord and tell him they were being consistently delinquent. why you people think there would ever be an arrangement without splitting every thing easily. uh dont know \where you got that impression. thats why im so angry about it -------------------- Little monkeys making money
