and no you did not. did you even "find" spivey? because i do remember talking to him on aim about the house myself. and remember you were on the lease, you left me high and dry with 2 empty bedrooms. because your friend chris moved out and you were supposed to be there to help pay and find a roommate. but no i paid for everything myself. signing a lease is a contract that whoever is on it will share a split fee of the rent and utilities

i admit i let you get away with taking advantage of me. i was totally taken aback by it and didnt know what to do

you know, i have had roommates for the past 5 years and havent had a single one complain like this.... much less complaints from several people. I think that speaks a lot for what the root of this problem is

jessica and i have had our beef. like she could be fair

and like i said no one outside of this situation knows what went on. and i doubt many people spent that much money helping out a roommate and then didnt even get a thanks
