its rainy here, but the garage was pretty dry. It was my own stupidity. I didnt know which exit to take out of the garage. Made up my mind at the last second so went into the exit sharply. Inserted the ticket to exit, and when I accelerated I hit this yellow guard pole. There are some pretty bad scratches

Ive been driving since I was 15... that includes trucks. I have never hit anything...never been in an accident. Shit happens. Just because some girls cant drive trucks doesnt mean that all girls cant. I can drive a truck just fine. I just fucked up. Shit happens. The damage isnt that bad. Probably will cost about $500 to fix. Better a stationary pole in a parking garage than a moving vehicle on the highway. I just have to be more careful.

right, but that's also the reason why the idiotic women do it too. They think to themselves, "Gee, I've been in alot of wrecks, maybe if I get a truck I won't get as hurt when I get in a wreck!" My point is, that I don't like trucks or suvs, they use alot of fuel, and they are too often bought for drivers who are ill-trained to handle them, i.e. teenagers, soccer moms, elderly drivers and sorority girls who like to talk on the phone while driving. I believe that in order to drive any truck or suv you should have a road test and a special permit to attest that you are capable of operating a large vehicle. I base all of this on what I have witnessed driving in various parts of Texas.

edit: NBC nightly news recently discussed the growing number of teenagers whose parents buy them suv for safety reasons and it revealed that in 3 out of 5 wrecks involving teenagers, the teenager was driving a truck or suv and was at fault for the accident.
