You have to win the megaball without getting anyother number. so it's not just 1 in 46... you still have to take in to account the other 5 balls.

Bingo, to win the $2 prize by just matching the powerball, you have match 5 of 51 numbers, not 56. To do that you have 2,349,060 chances out of 175,711,536.
