i'm eating hormel turkey chili w/beans, and unfortunately since the only 2 beverage options in my fridge are water and irish cream, i'm drinking a bit of irish cream....god i hope this doesn't end badly, but it probably will. I already drank all the water in my filter pitcher, so....only one choice.

Dinner was sweet corn on the cob, rolls, and salmon broiled with lemon juice and a parmesan-based topping. Strawberry sorbet for desert. happy.gif

Breakfast is me making a trip to the grocery store because my folks have been saying since Saturday that they were going grocery shopping and have yet to do so.

Stir fry with red bell pepper, mushrooms, chinese cabbage, bok choy, onion, carrot, and bean sprouts, in sweet chili sauce, served over rice vermicelli. Yes, I know I'm combining Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine. So sue me.
