So Jason and I graduate in December leaving behind the other two roommates in our 3/2 apartment with an extra room. They are looking for someone to move in with them for the spring semester (through May) so that they don't have to move again since we just moved here in August.
Here are some details I can think of off the top of my head. When my roommate gets home I will ask him if I missed anything. Rent is 650 for the apartment and it will be split evenly three ways. Right now the open bedroom is the "master" but I don't know if either one of them plans to move into it. However, both bathrooms are common so it's like you get two bathrooms! Bills include cable and high speed Internet and will also be split directly three ways. Arthur has two cats (they kinda shed but with a lint roller it's no big deal) but they're pretty sweet/easygoing. Jason torments them a lot now so they're used to it The apartment is at Waterford on 4th and Slide. This is on the Tech bus route and is also right across the street from Starbucks, United, a nail salon, a post office shipping type place and Walgreen's. There's also a McDonald's. I'll post more info if I get it. But if you guys know a RELIABLE guy or girl who needs a room and that you would personally vouch for, then let me know. Thanks. -------------------- Forget regret

that whole reliablity thing and personal vouching for - smart idea yeah, even though friends of mine lived with a guy that they all knew it still turned out really bad because no one had any idea of his money and dependability issues, so even though personal reference doesnt always mean itll work out, at least its a start.. -------------------- Forget regret

JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ maybe ya'll should just get together again fixed -------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?
