well we have them in the jones at night, that is one advantage
and as rocky says they do have a beat up secondary so if we can exploit that we can stay in the game. We just have to bring our A game and play our best game of the year against them. I'm predicting we stay within 10. |

yeah that UT defensive line is what will make or break the game for us. if they pound harrell early we could have another mizzou on our hands

I'm not really sure how you can say that.
Since 2002 we're 23-4 at home. those losses were: '02 - #17 NC '03 - #3 OU '04 - #9 UT (although we did beat #9 UT at home in '02  )'06 - #23 Miz home field is a huge advantage for almost any college football team |

Harrell is gonna be the starter the next 3 years. why not sacrifice this season, so to speak - and by the way, 2 losses already in the Big 12 pretty much means you have no chance for any BCS bowls - and let him grow and mature? a lot of these problems aren't even caused by Harrell anyway, they're caused by the offensive coordinator and his game planning -------------------- only here to talk sports occationally

Holy fucking shit. I really expected that to be more like Texas +18 or somethin. Tech better be practicing the following things hard this week : - deeper passes - any kind of trick play with a RB or WR throwing a pass, heh - THE ABILITY TO STOP A FUCKING QB FROM JUST RUNNING UP THE MIDDLE FOR AN EASY 15 YARDS - teaching the defensive ends to stay home so that the counter running plays don't eat them up all day -Watching Brandon Jackson's amazing fucking touchdown on Texas this week. yeah it should be an awesome game to watch. i know tech is fired up after beating iowa state on the road. from what leach has said it seems like the whole team got a huge boost out of that game. hopefully we can carry it into this weekend.
