It's me and the husband-to-be moving in. Master + 2 offices + optional guest bedroom. We could afford it on a single salary, but it's true that we probably wouldn't be looking at such high-end places if only one of us worked.

same here... makin money hand over fist but enjoyin it a little too much
 . I bought my Lubbock house without any down payment and was going to do that here until the jackasses messed up the loan market. no more 0% down loans  . hopefully will have 10-15k saved up by the end of the year. hate to plunk down that much but what can ya do?

Different one. Very similar floorplan, but bigger. Not that we really need bigger, but we fell in love with the place. I'd post the link, but the pics of the place kind of suck.
The backyard is just breathtaking. It backs up to greenbelt, pretty much solid trees across the fence. Backyard slopes slightly away from the house and they have a big deck, so it's kind of like looking over a ravine. Was gorgeous in the rain Monday. I'll take some decent pics when I get the chance.
