Post some pictures of your possible new place-o-residence.

The pictures do not do this place justice, but here. The backyard is fucking fantastic.

It is overpriced by 10-20k though. Hopefully they'll accept a low bid even though it hasn't been on the market long. Realtor is working on detailed comps and estimation of fair market value now.

Our realtor contacted theirs yesterday, plus we got preapproved for a mortgage. Woot.

Awesome. Make sure your first offer is nice and low. And tell your realtor to shove it up their ass if they give you some bullshit like "well we don't want to insult them with that offer".

Makin' an offer on that house today. 20k below list price, which is about what the fair market value is. Seller's agent used comps from a year ago to determine the list price. rolleyes.gif

had to go to Texas Tech (lived south east of dallas) and didn't think it could make the trip (gas hog + sparse stations on way lol). So gave to my dad, he painted, gave awesome mudding wheels, and dropped in a chevy 350 v-8 (instead of the crysler one)... then traded straight up for a chevy pickup for work reasons.

I was sad.
