I feel like I've been eating/making a lot of red-cook meat (pork or beef) lately cuz my bf really likes it, but tonight I'm making chili cuz it's like 0 degree outside (I'm not really even exaggerating... sad.gif)

red or white? my bf wants some white enchiladas but I haven't found a good recipe for it, most of them called for some type of canned soup (I don't think so).
