I wanna have kids in a couple of years, but the fiance wants to wait until 30. But I have nearly two years left on my BC implant anyway.

Am I the only one who doesn't remotely care about having kids? I would for one reason - to keep my last name alive. I'm the last male Watson

Right now I can go out and drink whenever I want, I can take a road trip whenever I want, I can play a round of golf whenever I want, go hunting whenever I want....why would I want to screw that up? It's not like I need a kid to somehow grow up or for validation

Then again, I'm nowhere near being married. That might change my perspective

Kids aren't for everyone. I like the idea of warping -- I mean *shaping* -- young minds.

I don't need a kid for validation. Having a kid did completely change my life for the better, but that's not why I love him or want more. He is so amazing. He is so fun. Having a kid sounds really scary, but it's actually so incredibly fun. Plus, they really don't change your life as much as you would think. I mean, for me it wasn't a change at all. I don't like drinking, so that's not a factor. Sure, I miss going out at night every once in a while, but now we just do different things. Because he can't walk, he is really mobile. We went bowling today. We have gone to several movies, and he has never cried. I went on 4 airplanes with him last week and he didn't make a peep. Yeah, not all babies are as quiet as him, but you can still do things.

So yeah, drinking? Will is right... can't do that any time I want.
Road trip? We do them all the time. Hell, we traveled all the way from Texas to Georgia when he was a little over a month old. We have also taken road trips to North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida since being here.
Golf? I could see it being done as long as you dress the baby appropriately and bring a carrier to set him in while you swing.
Hunting? Ok. Can't really do that either. But I don't know many girls that like hunting so have the momma watch the baby.
