My brother has to be on a strict diet and exercise routine because a medication he takes for his schizophrenia causes weight gain. It's sad. He has a bit of a tummy, but he is so cute. He is able to keep his weight under control better in the summer, though, because he swims every day. It's sad. He needs the meds, though, otherwise he is a nut case.

I want people to be healthy, but it has to be a personal choice. I mean, look at the money the government and corporations like McDonalds pump into weight awareness. It's all just to appease people who bitch that American practices and fast food promote a heavy society. I think it's all a waste of money. If a person looks in the mirror and is unhappy with what they see, then they should make lifestyle changes. No one else can force them to do that. No one else should force them to do that. People should take pride in their appearance though. I'm not saying we need a society of fratty pop-collared fucks and manicure/pedicure totin' sorority whores. I just think people should want to be clean and neat and healthy.
