there was actually a case a few years ago i remember reading about. in that situation, the guy was drunk and the woman wasn't, and she took advantage of hi essentially.

in most cases, it is hard to understand how a woman could force a man but the usual examples are drugging the guy, taking advantage of a drunk guy, tying him up, or just being a bigger woman with smaller guy.

And apparently stroking a limp noodle can get it erect even if you don't want it

legally speaking, yes it is possible.

biological response does not constitute consent.

add this to "the pussification of america"

what's messed up to me is that after VaTech, faculty are required to report all kinds of things now. I have to go through a mandatory update every semester on "warning signs" for many issues and am required to report to my dean on concerning behavior i see in my classes. Reasoning is, that if we see something but don't do enough about it, suddenly we're sued from 4 different angles. I'm not defending this professor, because none of us were there to hear the presentation and don't know what he said that alerted her red flags. One student here gave a presentation in his communications class about the stress relieving ability of playing counterstrike for a few hours and the quote "Nothing like blowing off a few heads to blow off a little steam" was reason enough for investigation. Luckily it was determined that he wasn't the kind of guy that would shoot up the school in any likelihood, but my colleague had to report the issue in case he was a danger.

It's all just fucked up.

he called you a "chinese person" after you asked him a question and he responded to your inquiry with another question. again, you didn't have to respond. And if we take your posts for what they are worth, you're american, so the "damn chinese" statement at the beginning of the thread obviously didn't apply to you.

I'm done, have fun.

and you asked him anyway. he asked your opinion, and you chose not to answer it, but you weren't singled out, you responded and he responded to that.

the thread isn't "Inferia comment on this." You could have chosen to ignore it.

inferia, you singled him out and asked him to answer your question, while at the same time feeling that you don't have to respond. And if you are ignoring your heritage, maybe the chinese should be offended by you.

i got a pt cruiser september 2007 for 6.5%

i've built up my credit card balance up to 14,000 right now, and my interest rate on it will be around 5.5 the next time that i ask for a rate decrease. So hopefully I can finance myself on my next car purchase.

So I know a number of us have relocated to the Austin area, so is anyone interested in doing a potluck down here?

Here's what I'm looking for:

1) Someone to host (I can, but I'm in San Marcos and it makes more sense for me to come to Austin than everyone to come down here)
2) Interested parties and what they want to bring
3) We need to decide on a date

I know Spec likes to cook, I do, and I think Alex enjoys good food. But who else? I know that Chango guy is around Austin these days, and Will maybe

Post comments, who is interested?

no, he can't start as a teacher right now.

So are the districts not willing to review your unofficial transcript? Are they willing to listen to the circumstances?

that's why kanye recommends prenups

we could do the usual thing, and list dozens of examples where a criminal code of infidelity would be a common harm instead of a good. But would that get us anywhere?

Either way, i agree with the razzing on Will. Seems like every time he has an adventure, takes a shit, comes up with an idea, he wants everyone to know about it and comment on it. And that's fine, but c'mon just admit you enjoy the attention.

From what I heard from one of my friends in the VPSA office, the leisure pool was heavily debated but was strongly supported by a rich alum who made a sizable donation and part of it had to be spent on the REC. Another rumor was that the money had to be spent on the REC as they plan to being an NCAA swim team, so they would need a student option and use the old pool for a training facility. There are also plans to use it for alumni fundraising options and making it available to be rented out for private parties.

So that looks much different than a radio station with an estimated fan base of 2k (I read that on the facebook group somewhere)
